Eclipse Performing Arts is a proudly female owned business that has been serving the Northwest Indiana community for 19 years.
Founded and led by Michele' Brown, former collegiate and professional dancer- Eclipse is more than just a dance studio, it's a place of empowerment, growth, and community.
Our mission is to inspire and uplift the next generation by instilling confidence, discipline, and self expression through the art of dance. We are especially passionate about empowering young women and men, helping them realize their strength, potential, and worth, both on and off the stage.
Under Michele’s direction, Eclipse alumni have gone on to perform at collegiate and professional levels, supported by years of expert training and a nurturing, inclusive environment. Whether your dancer’s goals are professional, collegiate, or recreational, we tailor our instruction to meet their individual journey.

Summer DANCE! Begins July 6th
Dance, march, and celebrate with Eclipse Performing Arts! Join us for a Parade Dance Camp on July 2nd from 9-11 AM and then walk & perform in the Portage 4th of July Parade!
$75 includes: Choreography Camp Tank Top Water & Snacks Parade Participation
All ages welcome! Children 5 & under must have an adult walk with them in the parade.

Offering Classes from no experience to advance in the following Genres: Ballet, Pre pointe, Pointe/Variations, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Character, Musical Theater.
Ages 18 months and up!
